My Humble Words
At the time of writing this I am 34 years old and I am very aware of a lot of positive changes are happening in my life and now it is time for me to share with you the paths that have helped me to become a stronger person.

We are all given chances in life, however it is up to us to recognise and take advantage of each and every one. Sometimes you may not see a chance when it arrives because you are so wrapped up in problems of your own or with others.

It is my belief that we never stop learning even after death. Some of you reading this may not believe or agree with what I am saying but that is your choice and I would not want to alter your choices, after all only you can do that.

Be Positive, Optimistic and Honest
If you face life head on with positive thinking and actions the return will be positive too, likewise if you're a negative person then it's more likely you will find that not all things will go quite right for you. It is not down to luck, it's down to how you project yourself on the world and the society around you.

Being honest with yourself is an absolute must, if you are not honest with yourself then how can you be honest to other people?

In other words, be responsible for your actions, thoughts and words, it is so easy to blame others for your own mistakes.

Always try to be optimistic even if you are doing a task that appears impossible at the time, have an optimistic outlook on it tell yourself "I can do this" then break the task down into smaller sections it will become easier to manage above all work hard at it.

Visualisation
We all have the power to visualise images in our mind, in fact experts say this is how the memory works.

Try it for yourself; just imagine the front door to your home, now what colour is it?

To recall this you would have had to think about your door and probably saw it as an image in your mind. The image may not have been that clear or even blurred but it's there.

This brings me to the next topic of learning to associate and disassociate with good and bad things using images in your mind.

If you truly desire something in life, visualise whatever it is in your mind as a photograph, see the image growing stronger and clearer then just simply imagine yourself stepping into the photograph, do this daily, it will make you feel more determined and positive to achieving your goals, your sub-conscious mind will help you find a way of getting what you want. Don't expect miracle results over night just stick with it and keep your dream and hopes alive.

Using a reverse action can help you disassociate from conflict or fear, visualise the person, animal or object in your mind as a photograph, if you see yourself in the photograph step out of it and move away. If it's a person who you have problems dealing with, imagine them dressed up as a clown and talking with a squeaky or sexy voice, move the image away from you make it smaller and smaller. If you come face to face with that person or your fear, just recall that photograph in your mind, you will find you have more confidence and the situation will be easier to cope with.

Using your mind to protect yourself
If you are about to meet someone who you know is negative or you are about encounter fear, then just imagine yourself covered in a bright white light, all around you, feel it's warmth. On the outside of that light is a mirror facing outwards so anyone or anything looking at you sees his, her or it's own reflection. That negative energy they send at you will bounce strait back at them and they will have to deal with their own negative thoughts and also take responsibility for their own actions, remember you can not do it for them!
